"Leaving Soweto (Johannesburg, Gauteng Province) to live in Kimberley for 6 months, I was not sure whether I would find another home away from my sweet home and I did with Roodepan Guesthouse." - I, Matome Mahasha recommend this guesthouse to all travellers from both locally and internationally. You will not be disappointed with the hospitality and the friendly nature of the Oliphant family... This family possess the friendly nature of the great Afrikan elephant.

"It is amazing that Roodepan Guesthouse is only 4 years in existence, yet the standard is equivalent to that of many other 3 stars accommodation, hospitality and lodging establishments. I give Roodepan Guesthous thumbs up for a such an affordable, quality and hospitable accommodation that leaves one feeling like home, though one is miles away from my home."
